About the role

We are seeking a Content Specialist to join our consulting team in Dar es Salaam. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will create and manage engaging content for both digital and print channels, helping translate business insights into clear, compelling narratives.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, produce and edit content for websites, blogs, social media, presentations and client‑facing materials.
• Research industry trends and develop case studies, thought‑leadership pieces and marketing copy.
• Maintain an organized content calendar across multiple channels.
• Collaborate with designers, subject‑matter experts and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Optimize content for clarity, readability and alignment with business development objectives.

Required profile

• Strong writing and web content creation abilities with attention to detail.
• Experience in content strategy and managing content across diverse platforms.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams.
