Treasury and Receivable Accountant – Ports and Terminals

About the role

The Treasury and Receivable Accountant will oversee cash flow, manage receivables, and ensure accurate financial records for a ports and terminals operation. The role combines treasury functions with customer invoicing and collections to support smooth financial operations.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily cash flow, deposits, withdrawals and maintain sufficient liquidity.
• Facilitate foreign‑exchange deals, initiate internal transfers and manage petty‑cash float.
• Reconcile bank statements, manage corporate cards and resolve rejected or failed payments.
• Support bank integrations, handle user access requests and act as the primary bank contact.
• Maintain loan schedules, calculate interest expenses and ensure timely interest payments.
• Post account transfers, bank charges and record forex gains or losses.
• Prepare and verify customer invoices in Oracle Fusion, process refunds, credit notes and advances.
• Follow up overdue invoices, manage collections and resolve payment disputes.
• Apply customer payments accurately, identify unapplied receipts and coordinate with billing support.

Required profile

• Proven experience in treasury and receivable accounting.
• Strong knowledge of cash management, bank reconciliation and loan administration.
• Familiarity with Oracle Fusion accounting system.
• Ability to handle high‑volume transactions and maintain detailed records.
