Tele sales & Digital Support Manager

About the role

The Tele sales & Digital Support Manager will lead NBC’s tele‑sales and digital‑support operations, driving customer acquisition, sales conversion and service excellence across all digital banking channels. The role combines strategic sales planning with hands‑on oversight of contact‑center platforms, mobile and internet banking, and self‑service channels to grow the bank’s portfolio and improve the customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute tele‑sales strategies, manage pipelines and achieve monthly and annual sales targets for loans, deposits, cards and digital products.
• Oversee customer support across mobile app, internet banking, agency banking, ATMs, cards and USSD, ensuring rapid resolution of issues and promoting digital onboarding.
• Design and implement operational procedures, scripts and workflow controls, monitor performance dashboards and drive continuous improvement and automation.
• Lead, coach and develop the tele‑sales and digital‑support teams, set performance objectives and conduct regular reviews.
• Collaborate with IT and digital teams to resolve system issues, support rollout of new digital functionalities and improve service uptime.
• Promote financial literacy and awareness of digital banking services among customers.
