Technical Interior FF&E Specialist (Revit)

About the role

Utopia is seeking a Technical Interior FF&E Specialist with advanced Revit expertise to deliver detailed interior documentation for luxury hospitality and residential projects. The role is fully remote, operating in the UK timezone, and focuses on translating design intent into coordinated, build‑ready information.

Key responsibilities

• Produce and coordinate Revit‑based interior documentation across project stages 2–5.
• Develop technical drawing packages including general arrangement plans, layouts, reflected ceiling plans, elevations, sections, and bespoke joinery details.
• Prepare and manage FF&E and OS&E schedules, specifications, and asset registers.
• Ensure documentation is suitable for tender, procurement, and construction phases.
• Coordinate closely with architectural, structural, MEP, and interior design teams within shared BIM environments.
• Support technical resolution of materials, finishes, furniture systems, and custom interior elements.
• Assist FF&E/OS&E procurement documentation, sample tracking, and product approvals.
• Maintain consistency, accuracy, and quality across all deliverables.
