Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead end‑to‑end recruitment activities, ensuring the organization meets its monthly hiring targets. Working closely with hiring managers, you will understand business needs and translate them into effective sourcing strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Receive vacancy requests from managers and develop a deep understanding of specific recruitment needs.
• Create and post job advertisements on multiple job portals based on current job profiles.
• Screen, shortlist, and, when necessary, headhunt candidates to build a qualified talent pool.
• Coordinate interview schedules, prepare comprehensive interview packs, and administer any required tests or assessments.
• Conduct detailed telephone interviews with shortlisted candidates as directed by managers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2‑5 years of experience as an HR Officer or Recruiter.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel and the broader MS Office suite.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
