Senior Manager, Transactional Banking

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Manager to lead our Transactional Banking franchise, driving client relationship entrenchment, cross‑selling revenue and profitability across domestic and cross‑border payment solutions. The role will own the end‑to‑end cash‑flow cycle, from deposits to collections and payments, ensuring seamless client experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Defend and grow the BCB deposit client base and transactional business through solutioning the full cash‑flow cycle.
• Develop and execute a roadmap for domestic and cross‑border payments, including revenue generation, competitor analysis and product development.
• Recommend enhancements to payment and collection product capabilities and drive their implementation.
• Leverage data, insights and analytics to create new product features, pricing strategies and commercialisation plans.
• Engage and influence cross‑functional stakeholders (Business Banking, Credit, Risk, Operations, IT, TPS) to align with the strategic agenda.
• Provide client‑focused business requirements, ensuring solutions meet user needs and improve end‑to‑end processes.

Required profile

• First‑degree in Business, Commerce or a related field.
• 5‑7 years of experience in relationship banking, commercial banking or general banking products and processes.
• Proven experience in data mining, forecasting and developing dashboards, reports and data sources.
• Strong knowledge of customer‑experience solutioning, digital design principles and UI/CI, UX/CX design.
• Hands‑on experience with Agile and SAFe methodologies.
