Senior Director of Sales

About the role

Four Seasons is seeking a Senior Director of Sales to lead revenue generation for its Serengeti Safari Lodge and The Westcliff Hotel in Arusha, Tanzania. The role will drive sales strategy, market share and brand strength across all segments while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to exceed financial targets and increase market share.
• Manage all sales segments and channels, leveraging on‑property resources and sales engines.
• Deploy and lead the sales team, aligning efforts with appropriate market segments.
• Analyze market data, identify trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Participate in regular forecast preparation, including catering forecasts.
• Assist in creating the annual commercial plan and ensure execution across market areas.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance customer satisfaction and brand strength.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in sales leadership within luxury hospitality or tourism.
• Strong track record of achieving revenue and market‑share goals.
• Data‑driven decision‑making and strategic thinking.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work on‑site in Arusha, Tanzania.
