Senior Architect – Technical Review & Design Oversight

About the role

Our Interior Design Studio is seeking a Senior Architect to lead technical reviews and ensure design quality across our interior design and project delivery portfolio. This senior‑level position focuses on spotting potential issues early, preventing costly mistakes on site, and supporting commercial activities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical reviews of design drawings before client submission.
• Check construction details, specifications, and documentation for technical accuracy.
• Coordinate technical inputs across design and project teams.
• Review supplier quotations, materials, and technical specifications.
• Assist in preparing commercial proposals, BOQs, and RFP responses.
• Ensure project documentation is complete, coordinated, and ready for execution.
• Provide technical guidance to the interior design team throughout project delivery.
• Maintain high standards of quality and construction documentation.

Required profile

• Degree in Architecture or a related discipline.
• Extensive experience in architecture, construction, or project delivery.
• Strong understanding of construction documentation and detailing.
• Ability to interpret, review, and critique technical drawings.
• Excellent knowledge of construction materials and specifications.
• Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail.
• Experience mentoring technical teams and improving design quality.
