Sales and Marketing Specialist

About the role

ERETOTO Adventures is seeking a full‑time Sales and Marketing Specialist to join its team in Arusha, Tanzania. You will be responsible for creating and executing marketing strategies that showcase the company’s sustainable Kilimanjaro climbs and mountain bike tours, while driving sales growth and ensuring an excellent customer journey.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective marketing campaigns to promote adventure travel offerings.
• Manage sales operations, identify new market opportunities, and expand the customer base.
• Provide high‑quality customer service from initial inquiry through booking.
• Organise and deliver training sessions to strengthen team capabilities.
• Maintain strong communication with clients and nurture long‑term relationships.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Proven experience in sales and sales management with a track record of meeting revenue targets.
• Experience conducting training sessions for teams.
• Excellent interpersonal, organisational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field.
• Familiarity with the tourism or adventure‑travel sector is a plus.
