Sales and Marketing Executive Internship

About the role

This internship offers hands‑on experience in sales and marketing, allowing you to develop persuasive communication skills while supporting the promotion of products and services. You will work closely with the sales team to engage customers and contribute to business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Present, promote and sell products or services to existing and prospective customers using solid arguments.
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Resolve customer problems and complaints promptly to maximise satisfaction.
• Achieve agreed‑upon sales targets within the defined schedule.
• Provide management with reports on customer needs, competitive activities and potential new products.
• Inform regular customers about new products, services and price changes.
• Plan and execute customer acquisition and retention strategies, including warranties or guarantees.
• Analyse target markets and competition to create engagement plans.
• Train fellow salespeople in effective selling techniques.
• Schedule appointments, set up trade‑show booths and demonstrate product quality.
• Deliver software training, demonstrations and support to customers.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
