Remote Slack Support Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Remote Slack Support Specialist to help organizations optimise their Slack workspaces. In this contract position you will administer Slack environments, build workflow automations, and integrate third‑party tools to boost team productivity.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and manage Slack workspaces, including user permissions, channel structures and onboarding.
• Create and maintain workflow automations using Slack’s Workflow Builder or comparable tools.
• Integrate Slack with platforms such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 and CRM solutions.
• Deliver virtual training sessions and produce clear documentation for new users.
• Monitor usage metrics, analyse trends and recommend improvements to workspace settings.

Required profile

• Proven experience administering Slack workspaces at the user level.
• Hands‑on ability to design and maintain workflow automations.
• Familiarity with integrating Slack with third‑party applications.
• Strong remote training and documentation skills.
• Analytical mindset for interpreting collaboration‑platform usage data.
