Remote Quality Assurance Analyst (Contract)

About the role

We are looking for independent contractors to join our distributed team as Quality Assurance Analysts. In this fully remote position you will help ensure that data outputs meet high standards of accuracy, consistency, and reliability across multiple projects.

Key responsibilities

• Review work products against defined quality standards, rubrics, and guidelines.
• Identify errors, inconsistencies, and gaps, documenting findings clearly.
• Provide structured, actionable feedback to contributors and stakeholders.
• Track quality metrics, surface recurring issues, and suggest process improvements.
• Collaborate asynchronously with team members across different time zones.

Required profile

• Proven experience in quality assurance, quality control, or a similar review‑focused role.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot subtle errors.
• Excellent written communication with a focus on constructive feedback.
• Comfort with ambiguity and evolving standards in a fast‑moving environment.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet, focused workspace.
