IT Supervisor – Network & Data Centre Management

About the role

We are looking for an IT Supervisor to lead network security, hardware, and data centre operations across our factories, trading branches and warehouses. The role combines project implementation, day‑to‑day network management and staff training to ensure reliable IT services.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, deploy and secure network infrastructure for multiple sites, coordinating with network operators and monitoring traffic usage.
• Manage hardware assets including switches, routers, PCs, laptops and monitoring equipment, providing Level 2 desktop support.
• Oversee installation and maintenance of CCTV and data monitoring systems in collaboration with the construction team.
• Organise regular inspections of the data centre to maintain cleanliness, ventilation and heat dissipation.
• Deliver technical training on hardware and networking to internal and external personnel and supervise their work plans.
• Handle IT project implementation for new factories, branches and warehouses, ensuring timely pre‑payment of network fees.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Networking or a related field.
• At least five years of experience in network security, hardware management or data centre operations.
• Strong knowledge of computer operating systems and networking concepts.
