Regional Auditor

About the role

World Vision is seeking a Regional Auditor to provide independent assurance and consulting services across its operations in Tanzania. The role supports risk management, internal control, and governance processes, helping the organization achieve its mission of improving vulnerable children’s lives.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in annual audit planning and execute regional audit engagements in line with IPPF and GAA methodologies.
• Engage with senior leadership in national offices to understand business operations and conduct risk‑based audits.
• Document audit findings, risks, and practical recommendations, and present clear summaries to management.
• Ensure compliance with GAA quality standards throughout the audit lifecycle, including timely addressing of review notes.
• Support follow‑up on prior audit findings and contribute to capacity‑building initiatives for management teams.

Required profile

• Demonstrated high standards of professional and ethical conduct.
• Experience in planning, executing, and reporting on audit engagements.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with regional audit managers.
