Recruitment Manager – Lead Talent Acquisition Team

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Recruitment Manager to lead our talent acquisition efforts in Tanzania. You will oversee the full hiring cycle, partner with department heads, and drive strategies that attract top talent to support our growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of recruiters to meet staffing targets.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies and best practices.
• Partner with department heads to understand and fulfill staffing needs.
• Oversee the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from sourcing to offer.
• Maintain high‑quality candidate experience and manage pipelines.
• Utilize job boards, social media, agencies and other channels to source candidates.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
• Analyze recruitment metrics and continuously improve processes.
• Provide training and guidance to junior recruiters.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition management.
• Proven ability to lead a recruitment team and run large‑scale hiring campaigns.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field (preferred).

Required skills

• Experience with recruitment software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
