About the role
Raising The Village is seeking a highly organized and detail‑oriented Program Coordinator to join the Applied Learning team in Tanzania. The role supports RTV’s expansion by turning field insights, research and technology into actionable learning and program improvements.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate machine translation from English to Kiswahili and ensure quality control.
- Develop and document complex programmatic information and convert it into learner‑friendly formats for staff and communities.
- Collaborate with teams across East Africa and North America to create and update dynamic knowledge resources.
- Integrate learning content into digital tools and support cross‑departmental consultations.
- Capture actionable insights from pilots and field feedback to drive iterative learning.
Required profile
- 3–4 years of relevant experience.
- Strong understanding of the local Tanzanian context and fluency in Kiswahili.
- Experience in facilitation, qualitative research and capacity building.
- Ability to work independently, manage projects and solve problems.
Required skills
- Machine translation tools.
