Private Chef – Dubai & Tanzania

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Private Chef to work for a high‑net‑worth household that splits its time between Dubai and Tanzania. This full‑time, long‑term position offers the chance to create restaurant‑quality meals in an exclusive private setting while traveling between two exceptional locations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare daily breakfast, lunch, and dinner for two principals
• Plan menus and develop seasonal dishes
• Order groceries, manage stock, and ensure pantry organization
• Cater for guests and private events, typically 2–3 occasions per week
• Accommodate dietary requirements and preferences
• Maintain the highest standards of hygiene and food safety
• Work independently, proactively, and deliver restaurant‑quality experiences

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Private Chef, Executive Chef, Head Chef or Chef de Cuisine
• Strong international culinary background
• Experience serving High‑Net‑Worth Individuals (preferred)
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Fluent English and professional appearance
• Ability to travel internationally and relocate as needed
• Valid passport
