Pricing Specialist – Mwanza

About the role

Sandvik Mining & Construction Tanzania Limited is seeking a Pricing Specialist to support commercial decision‑making across its mining and construction portfolio. The role will monitor pricing performance, analyse market trends and profitability, and ensure pricing structures comply with company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of pricing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Maintain pricing structures, discount frameworks and pricing rules in ERP systems.
• Conduct market, competitor and customer buying‑pattern analysis.
• Perform profitability analysis by customer, product, segment and contract.
• Provide pricing support for tenders, quotations, contract reviews and renewals.
• Maintain accurate pricing data, price lists and dashboards within SAP.
• Monitor pricing compliance, identify deviations and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Product Management, Supply Chain and Operations on forecasting, budgeting and product launches.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with experience in commercial or financial analysis.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally and communicate pricing recommendations clearly.
• Attention to detail and commitment to compliance with pricing governance.
