Parts Sales Officer – Spare Parts for Chinese Trucks

About the role

The Parts Sales Officer will drive sales growth by promoting and selling spare parts for Chinese truck brands such as FAW, HOWO and Shacman. The role focuses on expanding the customer base, maintaining strong relationships, and achieving defined sales targets while ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive selling of truck spare parts.
• Develop and implement a strategic business plan to expand the customer base and strengthen market presence.
• Maintain at least 90% customer retention while acquiring new clients.
• Present sales, revenue, and expense reports with realistic forecasts to management.
• Identify emerging market trends, competitor activities, and new product opportunities.
• Conduct regular client visits to generate new business and reinforce existing relationships.
• Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and orders to ensure successful conversions.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market intelligence.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in spare part sales, preferably for Chinese trucks.
• Existing client base within the truck spare parts industry.
• Strong knowledge of truck spare parts and related products.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and results‑oriented.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
