Packaging Process Operator

About the role

The Packaging Process Operator is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining packaging equipment to ensure optimal effectiveness, product quality, and operational performance in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out brand pack changes and set‑up packaging machines.
• Perform autonomous maintenance and regular equipment checks.
• Monitor process performance and respond quickly to operational issues.
• Support development, training and coaching of operational teams.
• Assist in problem‑solving and continuous‑improvement activities.
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• At least three years of experience in a packaging process environment.
• Demonstrated technical aptitude, mechanical awareness, and strong analytical skills.
• Proven ability to work under pressure, collaborate in teams, and uphold safety and quality standards.
