Brewing Process Artisan

About the role

The Brewing Process Artisan is responsible for operating the brewing process area in line with work instructions, performing non‑destructive quality checks, and supporting routine maintenance. The role contributes to safe, reliable, and efficient production while driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Operate process equipment according to standards and monitor performance against targets.
• Conduct quality checks, record results, and investigate deviations.
• Perform routine inspections, cleaning, lubrication and autonomous maintenance of plant equipment.
• Support shift teams, record waste, and identify improvement opportunities.
• Apply structured problem‑solving techniques (5 Why, Quick Fix) and verify corrective actions.
• Collaborate with maintenance and specialist teams to enhance equipment reliability.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Experience in manufacturing, brewing or FMCG environments is advantageous.
• Understanding of continuous‑improvement and problem‑solving methodologies.
• Willingness to work shifts in a team‑oriented production setting.
