About the role
Join Best Service Team (BST) as an Outbound Call Sales Agent focused on the German market. Working remotely, you will engage B2B prospects, introduce BST’s solutions and help drive revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to German prospects, presenting BST’s products and services.
- Identify customer needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Record all interactions and sales activities accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to share insights and refine sales strategies.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
Required profile
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
- Result‑oriented mindset with a strong drive to meet targets.
