About the role

This position is responsible for coordinating the movement, delivery, and tracking of goods, equipment, and spare parts. The role supports import and export activities, ensuring smooth logistics operations within the supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the movement, delivery, and tracking of goods, equipment, and spare parts.
• Prepare and maintain accurate logistics documentation, delivery records, invoices, and reports.
• Support import and export procedures, including customs clearance and shipping documentation.
• Assist with inventory management and warehouse coordination.
• Liaise with suppliers, transporters, customers, and internal departments to resolve logistics issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; relevant logistics experience is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and communicate effectively.
• Fluent in English and Swahili, both written and spoken.
