MRV / Feasibility Studies Coordinator – Tanzania

About the role

We are seeking an MRV/Feasibility Studies Coordinator to lead data‑driven monitoring, reporting and verification activities across Tanzania. The role combines project‑management expertise with hands‑on coordination of field teams to ensure timely, high‑quality delivery of carbon‑related studies.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Regional MRV Manager by supervising field data‑collection teams and ensuring data quality through verification and error correction.
• Guide MRV teams in executing feasibility, baseline, carbon‑usage, and kitchen performance test (KPT) studies using modern data‑collection tools.
• Implement SOPs, checklists, and best‑practice procedures for efficient data acquisition and analysis.
• Coordinate multiple high‑frequency MRV projects, maintain a strategic calendar, and optimise resource allocation.
• Coach teams on budget discipline, resource utilisation, and alignment with business strategy.
• Escalate delivery issues, contribute to outcome assessments, and customise training materials.
• Review recruitment, mobilisation, and training processes for field enumerators and act as liaison between MRV and broader organisational units.

Required profile

• Strong technical ability to perform audit‑style work in a data‑heavy environment.
• Experience handling field data collection tools and performing basic analysis.
• Proven leadership in managing dispersed field teams.
• Critical thinking, problem‑solving, and effective communication skills.
