About the role

The Marketing Specialist will drive the execution of the Tiler program across an assigned zone, ensuring all activities align with company standards. This role combines program coordination, data analysis, and relationship management to boost tiler engagement and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure effective implementation of all Tiler program activities within the assigned zone.
• Coordinate and oversee daily registration of new tilers into the program.
• Monitor and evaluate tiler participation and engagement levels.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
• Analyze program data and provide insights to support management decision‑making.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with tilers.
• Follow up on inactive, low‑performing, zero‑point, and non‑redeeming tilers and recommend corrective actions.
