Marketing Manager – FMCG

About the role

The Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies that strengthen SUMET’s brand presence and drive growth of its product portfolio in the fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector. This role combines brand management, digital marketing, and market research to engage both end‑consumers and retail partners.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a consistent brand identity across all communication channels.
• Plan and launch campaigns for new and existing products.
• Design and implement a marketing strategy for the Ex‑pido brand to boost awareness among consumers and retailers.
• Manage the company’s online presence, including social media and digital advertising.
• Develop market positioning and communication plans for SUMET brands.
• Analyse market trends and deliver actionable insights.
• Enhance customer experience and oversee feedback mechanisms.
• Coordinate in‑store brand visibility with promotional materials.
• Work with suppliers and agencies to source marketing and promotional assets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• 4–8 years of experience in marketing management or branding, preferably within FMCG or distribution.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or in a fast‑paced team.
• Creative thinking, problem‑solving ability, and a proactive, customer‑focused attitude.
