Lounge Supervisor – Food & Beverage

About the role

The Lounge Supervisor – Food & Beverage is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of an airport lounge during the assigned shift, ensuring guests receive a premium experience from arrival to departure.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise lounge activities, including greeting guests, handling luggage, and managing shower and toilet facilities.
• Verify guest admission reports, payments, and cash receipts generated by the GSO.
• Process guest cancellations and coordinate flight departure announcements for contracted airlines.
• Provide information on airport facilities, flight schedules, and gate directions.
• Assist guests with computer, email, and internet services as needed.
• Maintain regular cleanliness checks of all lounge areas.
• Prepare staff rosters, daily reports, and cash recordings.
• Train and supervise team members, ensuring grooming standards are met.
• Support quality management system activities and undertake additional tasks assigned by management.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of airport operations, facilities, and airline information.
• Ability to supervise and train a team in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent customer service orientation and attention to detail.
• Experience handling administrative duties such as rostering and cash management.
