IT Supervisor

About the role

The IT Supervisor will lead network security, IT project implementation, and data‑centre operations across factories, trading branches, and warehouses. This position ensures reliable hardware, robust network infrastructure, and effective training for internal and external staff.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and oversee IT projects and network security for multiple sites.
• Plan, deploy, and monitor network infrastructure, liaising with operators and ensuring timely fee payments.
• Manage hardware assets including switches, routers, PCs, laptops, and monitoring equipment; provide Level 2 desktop support.
• Coordinate installation and maintenance of CCTV and data‑monitoring systems with the construction team.
• Supervise data‑centre cleanliness, ventilation, and heat‑dissipation through regular patrols and spot checks.
• Deliver hardware and network training to Chinese and external personnel; manage team workload, work plans, and reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Networking or a related field.
• Minimum five years of relevant experience in a similar supervisory IT role.
• Strong knowledge of computer operating systems and network technologies.
