IT Sales Executive – Enterprise & Public Sector

About the role

Techno Brain Group is seeking an ambitious IT Sales Executive to drive new business across Africa. Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will receive mentorship from the board and shareholders, positioning you for rapid growth toward senior sales leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new B2B accounts in the enterprise and public sectors.
• Lead high‑value deal cycles, from prospecting through contract signing.
• Conduct market research and develop go‑to‑market strategies for emerging opportunities.
• Manage RFP responses, bidding processes, and procurement compliance.
• Collaborate with product and delivery teams to tailor solutions for clients.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of B2B IT solutions sales experience, focused on hunting new accounts.
• Proven record selling enterprise software to large organizations and government entities.
• Experience working independently across multiple African markets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or related field; MBA is a plus.
• Strategic thinker with strong ambition, integrity, and a desire to assume senior leadership within 3‑5 years.
