Inventory Stock Controller

About the role

We are looking for an Inventory Stock Controller to ensure accurate, compliant and timely inventory management of high‑value telecom materials. The role supports the Supply Chain team’s “Right 1st Time” commitment and safeguards inventory integrity across all locations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain precise inventory records in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and physical stock locations.
• Capture all inbound, outbound and internal stock movements correctly the first time.
• Perform regular cycle counts, stock audits and reconciliation activities.
• Investigate and resolve inventory variances, identifying root causes.
• Enforce SOPs, labeling standards and location management procedures.
• Support demand planning, kitting, staging and project‑related material readiness.
• Prepare inventory reports, dashboards and KPI analyses for management and clients.
• Collaborate with warehouse operations, planning and client teams to ensure data accuracy.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Statistics, Economics, Actuarial Science or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in inventory control within a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Experience with telecom inventory (network equipment, spares, project BOMs) is an advantage.
• High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy.

Required skills

• Strong proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Data analysis capabilities to identify trends and discrepancies.
