ICT Manager – IT Governance, Security & Operations

About the role

The client is looking for an experienced ICT Manager to lead the technology strategy, governance, risk, compliance and security architecture across the organisation. You will own the vision, standards and strategic objectives for GRC and IT operations while managing all outsourced service providers.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement IT governance, risk and compliance frameworks (ISO27001, COBIT, ITIL, ITSM).
• Oversee infrastructure services including servers, storage, backups, desktops, networks and data‑centre operations.
• Manage software services such as MIS, application support, development, and MI/BI reporting.
• Control logical access management, firewall changes and security investigations.
• Coordinate third‑party suppliers, service‑level agreements and service delivery.
• Conduct regular security audits, dipstick checks and external penetration testing.
• Develop awareness material and training on information security for staff.

Required profile

• Proven experience in leading IT governance, risk and compliance programmes.
• Strong background in managing IT operations and service delivery.
• Ability to work with senior stakeholders and external auditors.
