HR Talent Coordinator – Talent Acquisition

About the role

The HR Talent Coordinator will support the Human Resources team at the new Iberostar Selection Zanzibar 5* hotel. The role focuses on implementing the company’s talent strategy, including engagement, wellbeing, onboarding and talent acquisition initiatives tailored to the local context.

Key responsibilities

• Define and monitor pillars, objectives and KPIs for global wellbeing and engagement, coordinating with Health & Safety and corporate departments.
• Design and oversee a consistent global onboarding process that reflects Iberostar’s culture.
• Review and approve the annual calendar of activities, training sessions and campaigns to align with strategic goals and the Employee Value Proposition.
• Coordinate the Ambassador Programme – design, monitor, improve, communicate initiatives and audit execution across hotels.
• Select and manage employee climate surveys, set guidelines and ensure communication complies with corporate standards.
• Analyse survey results and key indicators, identify improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions.
• Lead the application of global recognition standards for birthdays, work anniversaries and retirements, ensuring policy compliance.

Required profile

• Background in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition or related field.
• Experience designing and implementing employee engagement, wellbeing or onboarding programmes.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret survey data and drive improvements.
• Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and ensure compliance with corporate policies.
