HR Manager

About the role

Egis, a global consulting and engineering firm, is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead its human resources function across multiple business units.

Key responsibilities

• Strategic HR leadership including workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management and learning & development.
• End‑to‑end payroll preparation, benefits administration and close liaison with the Finance department.
• Employee relations, legal compliance, conflict resolution and championing company culture.
• Design and deliver onboarding programs that integrate new hires quickly.
• Managing and developing a small HR team of three members.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, especially in employee relations and payroll administration.
• Fluent English and strong knowledge of local employment legislation.
• Proven ability to coach managers, handle confidential matters and make informed decisions.
• Ability to balance analysis, wisdom and perspective when making decisions.
