Head of Product Design – Lead Design Vision & Strategy

About the role

We are seeking a Head of Product Design to shape the design vision, strategy, and execution for our digital products. You will partner closely with product managers and engineers to create intuitive, scalable, and user‑centered experiences that drive business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead the overall product design vision and strategy.
• Manage and mentor a growing team of product designers.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and leadership teams to align design with product goals.
• Oversee UX research, user testing, and design validation activities.
• Establish and maintain design systems and UI standards.
• Ensure consistent, high‑quality user experiences across all platforms.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in product or UX/UI design.
• Proven leadership experience managing design teams.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end‑to‑end product design.
• Experience working with cross‑functional product teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
