GA Data Administrator

About the role

The GA Data Administrator supports the collection, analysis and reporting of operational data. The role ensures data quality, prepares audit‑ready reports and assists with process improvements across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain structured schedules for required reporting and screen operational reporting needs.
• Generate, analyse and submit reports, identifying exceptions and providing feedback to stakeholders.
• Conduct time‑in‑motion studies, consolidate data and ensure records are kept for future reference.
• Manage and maintain relevant databases, track errors, and support regular system meetings.
• Suggest enhancements, collaborate with users and developers, and ensure issues are resolved.
• Perform assurance checks, compile audit reports and implement improvement suggestions.
• Calculate incentives based on qualification thresholds.
• Provide ongoing information on policies, processes and application changes affecting audits.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in a systems or analytical environment, preferably within FMCG.
• Diploma or certification in a related field.
• Strong report writing, administration and analytical abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the MS Office suite.
