Drill Product Master

About the role

Sandvik Mining & Construction Tanzania is seeking a Drill Product Master to act as the technical liaison between the Sales Area and the EQ Product Line/Factory. You will support customers across the mining and construction sectors, ensuring product solutions meet market needs and drive growth.

Key responsibilities

• Provide accurate information on Machine Life Operating Cost (MLOC) for drilling equipment.
• Assist in investigating warranty claims, both proactively and reactively, to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Perform root‑cause analysis and second‑line troubleshooting for drill products.
• Collect and record technical feedback from the sales area into the company database.
• Make recommendations based on analysis to improve customer service and internal processes.
• Adjust and calibrate systems on client equipment as required.
• Collaborate closely with Key Account Managers, Service Managers, Logistics, Order Desks, and Business Line Managers.

Required profile

• Technical background with experience in drilling equipment or related machinery.
• Strong communication skills to interact with sales teams, customers, and product line engineers.
• Ability to analyse data, identify issues, and propose practical solutions.
