Digital Specialist – Social Media & Content Creator

About the role

We are looking for a creative Digital Specialist to lead our social media presence and drive brand growth. You will craft engaging content, interact with followers, and turn online activity into tangible business leads.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and update company accounts on Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, TikTok, X (formerly Twitter) and YouTube.
• Create graphics, videos, captions and promotional materials that align with brand guidelines.
• Respond promptly to comments, messages and customer inquiries.
• Design and launch social media campaigns to boost visibility, engagement and sales.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activity and emerging digital marketing opportunities.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Graphic Design or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years proven experience in social media management.
• Strong knowledge of WhatsApp Flowchart, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads and LinkedIn Marketing.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Photoshop and CapCut (or similar design tools).
• Experience creating and optimizing paid social campaigns.
• Ability to produce multimedia content for various platforms.
