Croatian-Speaking Remote Sales Development Representative (SDR)

About the role

TalentWorldGroup, a multilingual contact centre, is looking for a Croatian‑speaking Sales Development Representative to work remotely for a client in the vacation‑rental sector. This pre‑sales position focuses on outbound calling, lead qualification and passing warm leads to sales managers.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to vacation‑rental homeowners to introduce the client’s service.
• Assess interest, pre‑qualify leads according to defined criteria and build rapport.
• Address initial questions or objections and transfer qualified leads to Sales Managers.
• Maintain accurate lead information in the CRM and manage follow‑ups efficiently.
• Participate in monthly KPI reviews and performance discussions.

Required profile

• Fluent Croatian (C2 level) with strong English communication skills.
• Previous experience in cold calling, outbound sales or lead generation (preferred).
• Confidence handling objections and engaging prospects by phone.
• Goal‑oriented, self‑motivated and well‑organized.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems and lead database management.
