Branch Manager – Ceramic Showroom

About the role

The Branch Manager will lead the daily operations of a ceramic showroom, driving sales performance while ensuring an excellent customer experience. This position reports to the Regional Sales Manager and is responsible for managing the sales team, inventory, and profitability of the branch.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all showroom activities to guarantee smooth and efficient business performance.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Develop new business opportunities and maintain relationships with contractors, developers, architects, dealers, and retail customers.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring high service standards.
• Monitor sales results, prepare regular reports, and control operating expenses.
• Manage inventory, coordinate stock replenishment, and ensure accurate stock control.
• Maintain showroom presentation according to company standards and ensure compliance with health & safety regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience managing a branch, showroom or retail store, preferably in ceramic/tile or similar building‑materials retail.
• Strong leadership, sales management and customer‑relationship abilities.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving and organizational skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using ERP systems.
• Familiarity with POS systems.
