Behavioral Health Coach (Remote, Freelance)

About the role

You will join the telehealth platform Intellect as a freelance Behavioral Health Coach, delivering 30‑minute video sessions to support clients’ mental health and personal growth. The role is fully remote, offering flexible business hours and is ideal for professionals looking to supplement an existing practice.

Key responsibilities

• Provide 1‑on‑1 telehealth coaching for sub‑clinical issues such as work stress, procrastination, and work‑life balance.
• Help clients set and achieve personal, career, or relationship goals.
• Collaborate with Intellect’s internal clinical team, offering feedback to improve the program and platform.

Required profile

• Active International Coaching Federation (ICF) certification OR a Master/Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling.
• ICF‑certified coaches must have at least 200 coaching hours; counsellors need at least 300 clinical hours post‑graduation.
• Proficiency in English and the local language.
• Prior experience in Employee Assistance Programs, adult counselling, or managerial coaching is preferred.
