About the role
Benson & Company is seeking a confident, target‑driven B2B Sales Executive to join its Commercial Solutions team in Arusha. In this role you will be the primary point of contact for business customers, responsible for building relationships, presenting solutions and closing sales.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential B2B clients across various industries.
- Conduct on‑site visits and product demonstrations to showcase commercial solutions.
- Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with existing customers.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.
Required profile
- Proven experience in B2B sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organised, self‑motivated and able to work independently.
- Comfortable with frequent fieldwork and client visits.
