Accountant – Financial Operations Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a meticulous Accountant to join a well‑established organization in the automotive and mobility solutions sector. The role focuses on accurate day‑to‑day financial operations, ensuring all entries, reconciliations and reporting are performed with precision and transparency.

Key responsibilities

• Enter daily sales, purchase, journal, payment and receipt data in Tally Prime.
• Maintain proper filing and indexing of all financial documents.
• Reconcile daily debtor balances and bank collections.
• Reconcile daily bank and cash books.
• Control costs in line with company policy and approved parameters.
• Update sales and transport registers on a daily basis.
• Prepare and file periodic company returns with zero errors.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounts.
• Minimum five years of accounting experience.
• Prior experience with an Indian firm is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of accuracy, integrity and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Tally Prime, covering all modules.
• Solid bookkeeping knowledge.
