Warehouse Supervisor

About the role

The Warehouse Supervisor will lead the day‑to‑day operations of the warehouse supporting mining and processing activities. The role ensures safe, efficient receipt, storage, control, picking and dispatch of materials, spares and consumables.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee safe and efficient warehouse operations in line with company policies, HSEC requirements and inventory standards.
• Manage receipt, storage, picking, dispatch and stock‑control activities.
• Provide operational leadership to the warehouse team and coordinate with the Supply Chain Superintendent.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct reconciliations and support stock‑take processes.
• Prepare and present operational and management reports using Excel and ERP data.

Required profile

• Proven experience in warehouse operations, preferably in mining, processing or heavy‑industrial environments.
• Previous supervisory experience in a high‑pressure warehouse setting.
• Strong understanding of inventory accuracy, stock reconciliation and inventory optimisation.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Pronto) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication abilities.
• Commitment to safety, compliance and continuous improvement.
