Warehouse Storekeeper

About the role

The Warehouse Storekeeper ensures that Everything TRÍ’s central warehouse operates with complete inventory visibility and traceability. You will be the physical custodian of all stock, linking incoming shipments, assembly lines, customer deliveries and workshop transfers. Accurate records and disciplined handling are essential to keep production and repair processes running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, inspect and record all incoming goods, verifying quantities against shipment documentation.
• Maintain accurate physical custody of inventory, ensuring each SKU is stored in the correct location and properly labelled.
• Conduct regular cycle counts, investigate discrepancies and resolve them to achieve ≥98% inventory accuracy.
• Pick, issue and document stock for assembly, deliveries, workshop replenishment and internal transfers, guaranteeing traceability for every movement.
• Handle returned items, update records and store them appropriately.
• Prepare and dispatch stock for internal requests on time, flagging shortages or damaged goods before they affect operations.
• Keep the warehouse organized, safe and audit‑ready by following housekeeping and safety standards.
• Support the Warehouse Manager with stock audits, counts and day‑to‑day execution.
