Vehicle Dispatch Specialist

About the role

The Vehicle Dispatch Specialist is responsible for coordinating transportation resources, handling invoicing processes, and supporting freight applications within a manufacturing setting. This role works closely with internal teams and external logistics partners to ensure smooth movement of goods.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and organize transportation resources needed for production and distribution.
• Prepare, upload, and manage all types of invoices related to freight and logistics.
• Submit freight applications and track their progress.
• Assist the team leader with additional temporary tasks as required.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in transportation or logistics operations.
• Strong self‑motivation, execution ability, and stability.
• Clear thinking and ability to work independently.
• Experience in internal transportation within a manufacturing enterprise and collaboration with third‑party transportation companies.

Required skills

• Computer operation
• Familiarity with a resource management system (preferred)
