Transformation Project Manager – EMEA

About the role

Foundever is seeking a Transformation Project Manager to lead initiatives within its Global Transformation Programme across the EMEA region. The role involves planning, executing, and delivering projects that support the company’s continuous improvement and CX transformation goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of projects in the Global Transformation Programme and other strategic initiatives.
• Develop, monitor, and adjust comprehensive project plans to align with goals and priorities.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, addressing issues proactively.
• Provide regular, transparent updates to stakeholders at all levels.
• Promote best practices, capture lessons learned, and ensure compliance with Foundever policies and quality standards.
• Support change‑management activities to drive adoption of new processes and technologies.
• Facilitate project meetings and workshops, ensuring proper documentation and follow‑up.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of project‑management experience, preferably in transformation, process improvement, or technology initiatives.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder‑engagement, and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with project‑management tools such as Smartsheet, MS Project, Asana, or Trello.
• Project‑management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
• Change‑management experience or certification is advantageous.
