Talent & Employee Experience Associate

About the role

Red Dot Distribution is seeking a Talent & Employee Experience Associate to join its People & Culture team across East Africa. The role combines recruitment, onboarding, learning and development, and employee engagement to help the company attract, retain, and develop top talent.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for multiple functions and markets, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and coordinating with hiring managers.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines and support employer‑branding initiatives.
• Design and deliver engaging onboarding experiences, handle employee documentation, contracts, transfers and maintain accurate HR records.
• Coordinate training programs, workshops, certifications and support individual development plans.
• Maintain learning records, training calendars and assist in measuring training effectiveness.
• Drive employee engagement, wellness, recognition and culture initiatives.

Required profile

• Passionate, proactive and people‑focused with a strong interest in talent acquisition and employee experience.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, able to work across multiple countries and functions.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to manage documentation and HR processes accurately.
• Motivated to support learning and development initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture.
