Store Sales Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a Store Sales Supervisor to lead and support construction‑related sales activities. The role focuses on building strong relationships with contractors, developers and project clients while driving revenue for our tile and ceramic product lines.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, developers and project clients.
• Identify, pursue and follow up on construction project opportunities.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts and monitor payment collection.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely product delivery and high customer satisfaction.
• Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• 3–4 years of sales experience, preferably in construction materials, tiles, ceramics or sanitary ware.
• Strong communication, negotiation and customer relationship management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Valid driver’s licence is preferred.
