Sponsorship Programme Facilitator – Livelihood & Resilience

About the role

We are seeking a Sponsorship Programme Facilitator to lead livelihood and resilience activities within our education programmes. The role involves planning, implementing, and monitoring community‑based initiatives that support vulnerable children and their families.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and report on planned activities, including budgeting, work‑plan preparation, and progress monitoring.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement during planning meetings, workshops, and seminars.
• Identify and support local partners, ensuring effective collaboration in programme delivery.
• Collect and document impact stories and success cases on a regular basis.
• Coordinate spiritual nurture activities for children and link economic opportunities to community needs.
• Organise and monitor school feeding programmes and teacher refresher training on learning outcomes.
• Mobilise producer groups, S4T groups and community members for livelihood projects such as cashew value‑chain development.
• Promote sponsorship awareness among parents, guardians and community leaders.
• Support community advocacy events, including children’s care and protection days.

Required profile

• Proven experience in community mobilisation, programme implementation and monitoring.
• Strong ability to work with diverse stakeholders, including local institutions and NGOs.
• Experience in budgeting, reporting and documentation of project outcomes.
• Commitment to child‑focused development and willingness to support spiritual nurture activities.
