Special Event Coordinator

About the role

The Special Event Coordinator will execute brand‑led consumer experiences that drive long‑term brand advocacy, influence volume and market share growth, and strengthen AB InBev's reputation. You will plan, deliver and report on regional experiential and sales‑driving events while reinforcing brand narratives.

Key responsibilities

• Consolidate branding plans, coordinate with sales on POC selection, and ensure contract compliance.
• Plan, execute and report on experiential brand‑building activations and regional sales‑driving events.
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal sales/brand teams and external stakeholders such as stadium and event owners.
• Manage AB‑InBev beer account procedures, gather consumer insights, and oversee third‑party suppliers.
• Supervise trade campaigns, price communication materials, and BTL store POSM deployment.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of relevant sales or marketing experience.
• Valid Code 8 driver’s licence and computer literacy.
• Social‑media savvy and ability to work with internal and external partners.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
